Adam joined Willis Business Law in 2017 after completing his articles and receiving his call to the Bar of Ontario.
As a lawyer, Adam’s practice primarily focuses all areas of labour and employment law. Adam regularly provides advice to employers regarding a wide range of labour and employment issues, including employment standards compliance, the drafting of employment contracts, collective bargaining, human rights obligations, wrongful dismissal matters, grievance resolution, and human resource policy development. In connection with his work, Adam has appeared before various administrative tribunals, arbitral panels, and courts to zealously advocate for his clients.
In addition to his labour and employment practice, Adam also maintains an active privacy law practice, and regularly provides advice to relating to privacy and governance matters to many of the firms institutional, public-sector, and private-sector clients. He routinely assists his clients with managing privacy risks, developing comprehensive privacy frameworks, maintaining regulatory compliance, incident response planning, and managing access requests. In addition, Adam also teaches Privacy Law in Canada at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
In his free time, Adam enjoys volunteering in his community, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
