Dana Young Appointed as Sessional Instructor at the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law
For almost 25 years, Dana Young has been actively involved as a business lawyer and community leader with a number of reputable public organizations and not for profits.
This upcoming Fall, Dana will be teaching, Third Sector Law, as Sessional Instructor for The University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Dana’s community involvement currently includes volunteer service with Windsor Women Leading, the Pay Attention and Learn Task Force and as a Supervisor with Pro Bono Students Canada.
Dana expertly assists her clients in strengthening governance practices and finding solutions to their most pressing legal and business objectives. She assists with the full range of corporate commercial work, including corporate structuring, charitable registration, and by-law and board policy development. As part of this Dana assists in the design and implementation of procurement systems. She also has expertise in the emerging area of privacy law as reflected in her designation as a Certified Information Privacy Professional and as a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
