Lidia Imbrogno Published in Candian Lawyer Magazine
Our 2018 Articling Student, Lidia Imbrogno, was recently published in the latest edition of Canadian Lawyer Magazine. Lidia’s article discusses how the legal field can fill a much needed market gap by embracing unbundled services.
Unbundling (or limited scope representation) is an alternative fee arrangement in which a lawyer provides legal services for part, but not all, of a client’s legal matter, with the full understanding of the client. Lidia articulates the important role unbundling has with respect to access to justice and self-represented litigants.
