William Willis is our founding partner who oversees our firm’s operations and business law department. He is recognized by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a certified specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law. William is actively involved in our community by serving as a board members for multiple organizations, such as acting as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors at the University of Windsor.
Dana Young is one of our central members who leads our privacy, procurement, and non-profit practice areas. Dana is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Dana loves giving back to our community. In September, she was appointed as a sessional instructor to teach Third Sector Law at the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law.
Doug Lawson is a vital member of our firm and an experienced business and taxation lawyer. This year marks Doug’s 50th year since being called to the Ontario Bar. Doug’s business integrity, knowledge and wisdom have earned him distinguished awards and recognition throughout his career. Currently, he is involved with the University of Windsor as Senior Member of the Investment Committee and Commissioner of the Windsor Utilities Commission.
