Sandra was called to the Ontario bar in 2013 and joined Willis Business Law as a Senior Associate lawyer in 2020.  Prior to joining Willis Business Law, Sandra practiced corporate and estates law at law firms in Toronto and Windsor, and represented businesses, non-profit corporations, registered charities and individuals on a variety of business and estate matters.

In her corporate practice, Sandra routinely advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchase agreements, reorganizations, shareholder issues, corporate governance, commercial lease agreements and financings.

Through her estate practice, Sandra assists her clients in all matters of estate planning, including preparing will and power of attorney documents, as well as advising on estate administration issues.

Sandra holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Sandra is born and raised in Windsor and returned from Toronto to Windsor in 2014 to settle with her husband in her hometown.

Sandra is passionate about the Windsor business community and proudly serves as a director on the Board of a local credit union and the Board of a non-profit foundation.
