Rates & Terms of Payment
The fee structure for Dina Mejalli-Willis’ mediation services is based upon a rate of $250 per hour:
- Half-day mediation (up to 3 hours): $750 + HST
- Full-day mediation: $2,000 + HST
Please note that Dina reserves the right to charge additional fees in cases involving extensive evidentiary production or requiring an above-average amount of preparation.
Payment of invoiced mediation services is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of scheduled mediation dates must be sent in writing to dmwillismediations@willislawfirm.ca. Cancellation fees may apply, as follows:
- A cancellation fee of $1,000 + HST will be charged if:
- The mediation is cancelled within two months of the mediation date and not rebooked for a later date; or
- The mediation is cancelled and rebooked, but subsequently cancelled again.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if:
- The cancellation is requested more than two months before the mediation date; or
- The cancellation is requested within two months before the mediation date but is rebooked, and the mediation is completed on the new date.
