Anthony joined Willis Business Law as a Senior Associate Lawyer in 2026, bringing with him a sharp, business-minded approach to corporate and personal legal matters. His practice is focused on helping clients build, protect, and transfer wealth, whether through strategic business transactions, real estate acquisitions, or comprehensive estate planning.

Anthony advises on corporate and commercial transactions, including business mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and corporate reorganizations. He also acts for buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate matters, and prepares wills, powers of attorney, and estate plans tailored to each client’s circumstances. His clients value his attention to detail and his ability to guide them through complex transactions with clarity and precision.

Anthony earned his LL.B. with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London, where he served as Vice-President of the Senior Status Law Society and advised members of the public at the university’s Legal Advice Centre. He holds a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Windsor, where he competed as a varsity athlete on the Lancers Football team and earned Second Team All-Star honours. This combination of academic distinction, leadership, and competitive drive defines his approach to legal practice.

Born and raised in Windsor, Anthony is deeply invested in the community that shaped him. He served on the Board of Directors of the Ciociaro Club of Windsor and has mentored the next generation as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Windsor and a facilitator for the Holy Names High School Co-op Program.
