Brandon is an Associate in the Labour and Employment Law practice group. He advises employers on a range of workplace matters, including employment agreements, workplace policies, terminations, collective bargaining, and wrongful dismissal claims. Brandon joined the firm as a summer student, then articled with the firm before becoming an Associate following his call to the Ontario Bar in 2026.

Before attending law school, Brandon worked as a civil litigation law clerk in Ottawa, where he gained valuable experience supporting complex litigation matters and developing practical insight into the litigation process. He grew up in Southern Ontario before moving to Ottawa for University and returned to the Windsor-Essex County area with his family in 2023.

Brandon has assisted with a variety of court and tribunal matters, including proceedings before the Federal Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ministry of Labour, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court. His experience across multiple forums allows him to help clients navigate workplace disputes and regulatory processes with practical and strategic advice.

While in law school, Brandon authored a dispute resolution essay published by the Canadian Bar Association titled “Character Assassination: A Look into the Broken NHL Arbitration Process and How to Fix It,” which examined the NHL salary arbitration process and proposed reforms to improve fairness and transparency.

Outside of his practice, Brandon enjoys exploring everything Windsor-Essex has to offer with his family (especially the food). He is an avid sports fan and proudly supports Buffalo’s professional sports teams.
