Carolyn was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. She began her time with Willis Business Law as an articling student, assisting with corporate transactions and employment-related issues. Upon completing her articles and being called to the Ontario Bar, she joined the firm as an associate in the labour and employment group.

Carolyn’s practice focuses primarily on management-side labour and employment law. She is committed to providing tailored solutions that support each client’s broader business strategy. Carolyn leverages her creativity to develop innovative employment policies and contracts that are both effective and compliant.

Carolyn is a graduate of Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, where she was awarded the David Mullan Entrance Scholarship for academic excellence during her undergraduate studies.
