Windsor-Essex Commercial Litigation Lawyer
Nour joined Willis Business Law as a Senior Associate Lawyer in 2026, bringing with him
extensive experience in high-stakes commercial litigation. His practice is focused on protecting
the interests of business owners, corporations, and individuals facing complex legal disputes.
His practice spans shareholder and commercial litigation, employment disputes, construction
claims, and matters involving fraud, injunctions, and other urgent court relief. He also brings
substantial experience in estates litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and power of
attorney disputes, where the issues are often both high-value and deeply personal.
Nour has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the
Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. He has also successfully opposed an
Application for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. This depth of courtroom
experience allows Nour to assess risk early, develop effective strategies, and guide clients from
the first signs of a dispute through to resolution, whether by negotiation, mediation, or trial.
Before entering law, Nour served nearly a decade as a Naval Reservist in the Canadian Armed
Forces, an experience that shaped his work ethic and instilled the discipline, resilience, and
composure under pressure he brings to his practice. Born and raised in Windsor, Nour is
committed to serving the Windsor-Essex business community and takes pride in providing
practical, results-oriented legal counsel to his clients.
